Influence of He-Ne Laser Irradiation and UItraviolet-B Radiation on Nitrgen Metabolism Enzymes in Wheat Seedling Roots

The wheat seedling roots(Linyou 2018)were exposed to He-Ne laser(5 mW·mm-2),to the enhanced UV-B radiation(10.08 kJ·m-2·d-1) and to the combined He-Ne laser irradiation and enhanced UV-B radiation.3 d later the changes of NOS(nitric oxide synthases) content and the NRA(nitrate reductase activity) of different treatment groups in different trentment time were measured to test the repair role of laser irradiation.The results show that He-Ne laser irradiation can make the content of NOS increase by 4.7% and nitrate reductase(NR) activity increase by 101%,significantly improving the lower degree of nitrate reductase(NR) activity.It suggests that He-Ne irradiation could partially repair the UV-B radiation damage to the nitrogen meatabolism of wheat seedling roots.
