Study on Process of Plasma-spraying Mold Manufacture Based on SLS Prototype

The processes of plasma-spraying mold manufacturing were discussed based on the SLS prototype, the tooling process line from the SLS prototype, ceramic transition model to the plasma spray was researched with spraying powder materials that contain from alloy, stainless steel powder to the ceramic powder, and the main optimum process parameters were choosed. The method is suitable for the rapid production of steel molds.
