Strain Hardening Microscopic Mechanism of TWIP Steel 30Mn25Cr10Ni2MoNbRe for Expansion Pipe

The mechanical properties and microstructure change of 30Mn25Cr10Ni2MoNbRe at 298 K were studied by empirical electron theory of solids and molecules,analysis of microstructure and tensile test.The results show that alloy atoms can cause an increase in number of valence electron and strength in bond,and the segregation of C-Me atoms can hinder the movement of dislocation.By analyzing the microscopic mechanism of strain hardening in deformation process from electronic structure,it can conclude that the hardening of Fe-C-Me atoms and deformation twinning interfaces are the main reasons for the strain hardening of 30Mn25Cr10Ni2MoNbRe in 298 K deformation process.
