Effects Factors for Co-precipitation of Nano-particles

CUI Xiaofang,XI Yulin(Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute,Luoyang 471023,China)  
The process of co-precipitation method was summarized.The effects of technical parameters on the properties of ITO powders during the process were discussed,such as ion concentration,pH value and calcination temperature.Additionally,the preparation development trend of the field was presented.
