Thickness Variation Regular Research For One Pass Neck-spinning

A 3D FEM model for offset tube neck-spinning was established and the spinning process was simulated by means of ANSYS software. The regular of outer diameter and thickness variation with time was studied. The simulation results are helpful to process parameter optimal design.
