Evan's blue to examine the adrenaIine-induced opening the blood-brain barier in the rats with fluo-rescence mictoscope, The result showed that (1) In the areas where the bolld-brain barrier was opened, Evan's blue boundwith albumin presented as bright red fluorescent patches in the sections. （2）The number of the patches raised as the dose ofadrenaline administrated increased. （3） The density of the patches varied in different brain areas. The highest were in hy-pothaIamus, thalamus, cerebellum and caudate-putamen. All these facts indicated that Evan's blue administration with fluo-rescence microscope observation is a much sensitive and simple method for evaluation of open degrees of the blood-brain bar-rier.
