Flavonoids from Prescription Changweikang

This work aimed to study the chemical constituents of flavonoids in the prescription Changweikang.The constituents were isolated by various column chromatographies and their structures were elucidated through physicochemical properities and spectroscopic analysis.Five flavonoids were isolated from Changweikang and their structures were identified as Quercetin(1),Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(2),Rutin(3),Kaempferol(4)and Apigenin(5).Compounds 1-5 were obtained from the prescription Changweikang for the first time.
