Design of the Spraying Silicon Sand Production Line of Environmental Protection Type for Cleansing Oil Pipe Surface

The spray sand production line of environmental protection type for cleansing oil pipe surface has been designed.The design contents include the overall scheme,the spray sand mode,the muzzle type,the process flow and main parameters,the dust system,and the electrical control system and program.The line can realizes the semi-automatic spray sand cleansing on internal and external pipe surface.This line can improve quality of production and operator's working conditions,and bring obvious economic and social benefit for an enterprise.
