Development of the Beverage of Low Sugar Lemon Mixed with Licorice

ZHAO Qin(College of Food,Sichuan Agricultural University,Yaan 625014)  
This paper researched the production methods on the beverage of low sugar lemon mixed with licorice that used lemon and licorice as the main raw material,discussed the optimal ratio of the beverage composition and technical process.The product obtained not only good flavor and taste but also satisfactory color,and suitable for industrial production.
