Development and application of monitoring and forecast software system of forest pests

Monitoring and forecast software system of forest pests is a set of procedures used in the forecast data statistics,and contains 45 kinds of usual programs assembled with language Delphi 5 0 The paper dealt with procedure of the software system and its application technique.
