The Application of Molecular Imprinting Solid-phase Extraction Technology to Food and Feed Safety Detection

In recent years, molecular imprinting technology has been widely used in separation detection of various fields. Molecular imprinting solid-phase extraction technology have been applied to the detection of additives and banned additives in food and feed because of its good separation effect, stability and repeatability. This paper summarized the application of the molecular imprinting technology to the food and feed safety detection, the detected substances mainly were my cotoxin,industrial pigment,cyanurotriamide,chemical disinfectant,antiseptics,antibiotics.
