This paper aimed to summarize the conception of non-starch polysaccharide(NSP) enzymes market-ing strategic research by the SWOT analysis method. The paper focused on the following three aspects: significance ofNSP enzymes marketing strategic research, advancement on the SWOT analysis in the marketing strategic research offeed industry and enterprise, application steps of the SWOT analysis in the NSP enzyme marketing strategic research.
