Study on In-situ Melting Grafting Copolymerization of Starch with Lactic Acid

Taking DMSO as the solvent of the starch,adding lactic acid and catalyst,the PLA-g-starch was prepared under 95 ℃ and decompression condition.The grafted product was characterized by FTIR and XRD.The grafting rate of the grafted product was calculated by absorbance contrast.The effect of vacuum reaction technology on the grafting reaction was analyzed.The results show that:PLA-g-starch can be prepared under mild condition;the characteristic peak intensity of PLA and starch is in direct proportion to their content,the grafting rate of PLA is 1.969% for the grafted product;the vacuum reaction technology plays an important role in the grafting reaction.
