The Repayment Design Based on Maximizing the Interest of the Shareholders

This dissertation takes Shapotou the hydro-junction limited company as the object of study,according to the present materials of company management condition and financial forecast data,through the influence comparison of shareholder income in different way of repaying,as well as under the reckoning of different loan repayment period and the loan interest rate annually influences the repay volume,then formulates a set of loan repay plan to conform with benefit maximization of the shareholders.
