Discussion on the sense of Responsibility in Modern Education and How to Foster It

Mend Wei-jie; Liu Houg-wei (Siping Teachers College, Siping City, Jinn Province, 136000)  
The sense of responsibility should be a firstly fostered factor in modern education. There is no denying that it is the motive factor in creative personality. The talents lacking the sense of responsibility can not be called the real talents. Fostering such talents is the failure of education.
