Research on Sorption Cr(VI)with Rhizopus in Water and the Mechanism of Sorptionin

Rhizopus LH2 was taken as sorbent for the sorption of C(rVI)in water.The results displayed that the optimum temperature was 28 ℃ and the optimum pH was 2.0.The model of Langmuir isotherm could be better used to fit the sorption process based on linear regression analysis for the correlation coefficient 0.98.The mechanism of adsorption was gained by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy that the protonated amino played an important role in the Cr(VI)adsorption.
