Analysis and operation of shortening the start-up time of a full distillation argon recovery system

The paper describes the starting procedure of the full distillation argon recovery system.The similarities and differences in connection with the operation of an argon revovery system during the initial cold starting and the restarting after temporary shutdown of the air separation unit are analyzed in a comprehensive way.The principle of shortening the start-up time of the full distillation argon revovery system is to control the thermal loading of the crude argon column in a reasonable way and to use the liquid in the crode argon column in an effective way.
