Debugging experiences of large scale air separation plant argon producing system

Based on the debugging experiences in a 21000m3/h air separation unit argon producing system,the commissioning opportunity,the adjustment of key parameters and the cautions during commissioning in an argon producing system are emphatically introduced.Technical analysis has also been made in the following aspects: the quick recovery of argon producing status after temporary shutdown,the relationship between main column and argon column,the effects of molecular sieve purification system on operation conditions of distillation,and the level regulation of liquid air.
