Functional Oligosaccharide—Lactosucrose

Physiologicalfunctionalpropertiesoflactosucrosewereintroducedinthispaper,in cludingproliferationofBifidobacteria ,inhibitingthegrowthofharmfulbacteria,lowcaloric ,pre ventingdecayedteethandetc ..Thepossiblemechanismofbiologicalsynthesisoflactosucrosewas discussed .Thispaperintroducedthechemicalstructure ,thetechnologyofproductionandapplica tionoflactosucrosesimplyaswell.
