Breeding of High Conjugated Linoleic Acid Producing Strains and Optimization of the Fermentation Conditions

A high conjugated linoleic acid producing mutant was screened from Lactobacillus acidophilus PB1 after UV and NTG The fermentation conditions were optimized using single factor and orthogonal experiments The optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 43℃,pH 7 5,incubation time 48h Under the optimum conditions the CLA production level reached 42 05?μg/mL.
