Study on Extraction of Auricularia Polysaccharide with Enzymatic Hydrolysis under Ultrasonic Wave

Different technologies for extraction of auricularia polysaccharide were studied in this paper.The results showed that the extracting rate could be increased by ultrasonic wave complex enzymatic technology.The best technological conditions for the extraction were as follows:the ratio of material and water was 1∶ 50,extracting for 2.5 h at 80℃,the complex enzyme consisted of proteinase and cellulase,and the amount of proteinase and cellulase used was 650 U/g and 390 U/g with a reacting time of 60 min at 50℃ under ultrasonic wave of 125 W.The extracting rate of polysaccharide was 10.41%.
