Preparation on the Complex Beverage of Seabuckthorn,Red Jujube,Carrot and Peanut

Use seabuckthorn,red jujube,carrot and peanut as the raw material and adding the appropriate other supplementary materials for the production of health beverage of good taste,unique flavor,strong aroma,rich nutrition and stable quality.Orthogonal experiment design and orthogonal test to study formulations for the production of natural drinks showed that the optimum formulation was 40% of the juice of seabuckthorn,red jujube,carrot and peanut(the ratio of seabuckthorn juice,red jujube juice,carrot juice to peanut milk was 5∶3∶3∶2),0.1% of citric acid,5% of sucrose and 0.03% of salt.The results showed that the compound stabilizer of 1% gelatin,0.05% xanthan gum,0.1% GMS worked well.
