Enzymatic Producing Xylooligosoccharides with Wheat Bran

In the study of production of xylooligosoccharides,factors effecting production of xylo-oligosoccharides from wheat bran xylan hydrolyzed by xylanase was analyzed by One-way Analysis of Variance and suppose the concentration of total sugar and reducing sugar and the ratio of xylo-oligosoccharides to total sugar and average degree of polymerization as study target.The conclusion was that: optimal time to enzymolysis 6 h and optimal quantity of xylanase 15% and optimal substrate concentration 40 g/L and optimal temperature 50 ℃.
