Hundred Years History of US Food Laws and Its Enlightenment to China

On the occasion of the 110~(th) anniversary of Pure Food and Drugs Act and FDA in US, systematically expound the legislative background and core content of major food laws from a historical perspective, and outline the history of food legislation in the United States. The enlightenment of US legislation experience to China was then discussed, mainly including: to perfect legislation, to coordinate food safety supervision, to increase the intensity of punishment, to keep pace with the times, etc.
