Composition analysis of groundcherry seed oil by supercritical CO_2 extraction

The oil was obtained from the seeds of Physalis alkekengi L.native from Heilongjiang by the technology of supercritical CO2 extraction with 19.67% yield.The oil was analyzed and identified by GC/MS,which contained linoleic acid 73.91%,oleic acid 11.21%,hexadecanoic acid 11.58%,octadecanoic acid 3.30%.The results of HPLC analysis showed that the content of α-Vitamin E was 16.04 mg/100 g.
