The study of anti-fatigue effects of sea cucumber polypeptide on mice

The anti-fatigue effects of sea cucumber polypeptide on mice was studied at different dose. The result showed that sea cucumber polypeptide have no obvious effect on body weight in mice, significantly prolong the time of loaded-swimming and rolling stick, strongly degrade the content of blood urea nitrogen and increase the content of hepatic glycogen of post exercise mice. The study indicates that sea cucumber polypeptide has significant anti-fatigue effect.
