Experimental study on the influence of different display ways on the temperature in vertical refrigerated display cabinet

Objective and methodLadder-type fodd display way is employed instead of parellel display.The two display ways affecting fodd temperature inside refrigerated display cabinet were compared.Conclusion:The results showed that food temperature difference among the front and back of a shelf was decreased ovrall after using ladder-type display way,as compared with parellel display way;food temperature in the frozen space of the first and second floor reduced;while that in the frozen space of the third and forth floor rose slightly,other method for enhancing heat transfer should be adopted.
