Research progress of crops quality nondestructive detecting by near-infrared spectroscopy

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a fast and nondestructive new technique that has been widely applied in detecting the quality of crops.The analytical principal and process of NIRS technique were introduced briefly.The applications of NIRS were summarized for detecting the quality of cereal crops,legume crops,oil crops and sugar crops.The problems were raised and the direction was pointed out for future research.
