An introduction on the jujube processing and industry status in China

Jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill) is traditional Chinese food,which can be used as food and medicine.This paper described the nutritional components and health care functions,jujube resources,trade and processing in China,current research and development status of jujube products and looking forward jujube processing industry development trend.The objective was to provide references for the development of jujube industry and products.
