Development of healthy drink containing honeysuble, chysanthemum and balsam pear

The technological process of a sort of new type health drink by using honeysuble and chrysanthemum and balsam pear as raw materials is studied in this paper.Condition to keep colour,remove bitterness of balsam pear juice,the product formulation and the optimal sterilizing condition are also discussed.
