超声降解多糖研究进展发进展

A review was made on the latest research advances of polysaccharides degraded by ultrasonic. Researches in ultrasonic treated cellulose, starch, chitosan and polysaccharides of fungi were introduced. Promising application fields and expected development were predicted.
