Research and application of food authentication system

Authentication of food products has become one of the hotspots in food safety with the development of economy.The importance of adulterate food detection was analyzed,the conception and critical works of food authenticity was expatiated;and the suggestion to establish advanced food authenticity detection system was proposed.
