Study on antiallergic activity of Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels leaves extracts with different solvent

The chemical composition and antiallergic activity of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels leaves were studied.Activity composition was extract with different solvent.HPLC analysis and the pre-experiment of chemical composition with different solvent extraction were prosecution.Antiallergic activities of extracts were investigated by measuring their inhibitory effects on hyaluronidase.The active components of aqueous extracts,dose-effect relationship had also been studied.The result showed that extracts contained phenolic,flavones,alkaloid,organic acid,coumarins,etc.The analysis of HPLC demonstrated that the antiallergic components mainly contained phenolic and flavones.The inhibitory rates of aqueous extracts and ethanol extracts on hyaluronidase were 89.3%,75.3%.The petroleum ether extracts did not have inhibitory effect.The inhibitory rate of purification A1 and B1 on hyaluronidase were 92.6%,95.9%.Antiallergic activity of B1 was increased with concentration at 0.5~8.0mg/mL.of There was a striking dose-effect relationship and antiallergic activity was stronger than the extract of sweet tea.The aqueous extracts of Clausena lansium(Lour.)Skeels leaf had a preferable effect of antiallergic activity,so it can be empoldered as the antiallergic activity production.
