New preparation method and application of immobilized enzyme in the food industry

Immobilized enzyme is the central part of the enzyme engineering.It benefits the reuse of enzyme and separation enzyme from the production and.And now immobilized enzyme has been widely used in food,fermentation and pharmacy.The economic benefit is remarkable.In this paper,we introduced the concept of the immobilized enzyme,character,focused on the new enzyme immobilization,then the application of immobilized enzyme in food industry was summarized,and the future prospect of this technology was expounded in the end.
