Application of ozone sterilization in food industry

In virtue of the strong oxygenation,ozone becomes a new good sterilizing agent.And the ozone sterilization as a new technology has been paid much attention increasingly.This article briefly introduced the development and principles of the ozone sterilization.And it also discussed the effect factors of sterilization,the application in food industry and its safety.
