Research on processing technology of healthy Grifola frondosa tablet

HUANG Xiao-ling,WU Tian-xiang(School of Chemical Engineering,Guizhou University,Guiyang 550003,China)  
Grifola frondosa ferment liquid was used as raw material,CaSO4·2H2O and other additives was used as supplementary material,a kind of healthy Grifola frondosa tablet was developed.The results showed that when CaSO4·2H2O 400g,HMPC 1g,aspartame 1.4g,citric acid 0.7g,the new Grifola frondosa healthy tablet could be obtained,with good taste,special flavor of Grifola frondosa smooth surface,identical color.
