Study on extraction process of pigment from Lyceum barbarum L. with ultrasonic-assisted

Objective:To choose the optimum extraction process of pigment from Lyceum barbarum L. Methods:the optimum extraction process of ultrasonic-assisted was selected with the orthogonal design. The yield of pigment were used to evaluate the factor levels. Results:the extraction process was:(Petroleum ether+chloroform),temperature 55℃,the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶8,ultrasonic power 160W and the return of ultrasonic-assisted 40min.Conclusion:the process of total carotenoids extract,guarantee a higher content,and optimize Lyceum barbarum L. total carotenoids the extraction process,wolfberry color pigments reach more than the value of 129.
