Ultra-fine pulverization technology of functional food

Ultra-fine pulverization technology as a novel food processing technique has been employed to functional food processing. The characteristics and equipments of ultra-fine pulverization technolgy were introduced. The application of ultra-fine pulverization on functional foods was discussed.
