Study on anti-fatigue effects of ginseng protein on mice

Objective:To study the anti-fatigue effect of ginseng protein on mice.Methods:Three doses(0.1,0.2,0.4g/kg)of ginseng protein and a blank dose were applied to mice for 30 days continuously.The weight,swimming time,the contents of blood lactic acid,and liver glycogen and blood urea nitrogen of mice were observed.Results:Ginseng protein had no effect on mice's weight,all doses of ginseng protein could significantly prolong swimming time in mice,lower the content of blood lactic acid,increase the content of liver glycogen after strenuous exercise.Conclusion:The study showed that the ginseng protein had anti-fatigue effects.
