Determination of 33 kinds of pesticide residues in wine by GC- MS

In this study,33 kinds of pesticide residues in wine were determined using gas chromatography- mass spectrometry( GC- MS). The factors of extraction solvent,extraction method and chromatography condition were investigated. The results showed that,using acetone / dichloromethane extraction with GC- MS technique,the recoveries of pesticides were from 65.2% to 121.2%,and the relative standard deviations( RSD) were within 5.9% ~14.9%. That suggested the method could be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 33 kinds of pesticides in wine.Pesticide residues of 47 Wine samples bought in the market were determined according to this method,and the sample pesticide residues detection rate was 6.4%,the detection of pesticide residues including metalaxyl,pyrimethanil,flusilazole and prochloraz.
