Objective: To study the immune activity of glycosaminoglycan from Ruditapes philippinarum (CRG). Methods: The CRG immune activity was observed with normal and immunosupressive mice. Results: CRG could increase the rate of carbon clearance, the serohemolysin level and the number of antibody - producing cells of normal mice; It also could enhance the phagocytic activity of mice peritoneal macrophages, the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and DTH(p0.05). Conclusion: CRG can enhance the immune function of normal mice.
