RESEARCH OF PRICKYASH PEE EXTRACT ON ANTIOXIDANT PROPERTIES

The paper that introduces extract of Prickyash Pee on the antioxidant experiment,the results have been attained as follows:extract of Prickyash Pee(0.06 %)is equal to BHT(0.02 %)and Vc(0.02 %)on reducing power(α=0.01).The experiment of H2O2 scavenging activity(%)on Prickyash Pee,the result proved extract on Prickyash Pee has better scavenging activity(%)by H2O2.The result indicated extract on Prickyash Pee(≥0.06 %)on liposome oxidation(α=0.01)has more effective than BHT at the same conditions.Extract of Prickyash Pee has effective scavenge free radical.
