STUDY ON ANTI-AGEING EFFICIENCY AND ENHANCEMENT OF IMMUNITY OF VINEGAR BEVERAGE FROM GANODERMA LUCIDUM

Vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum was added into the culture to the fruit fly with three different dosages of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum 0.5 %, 1.5 % and 5 % respectively. The results showed that life spans of fruit fly were prolonged 17.3 %,29.6 % and 44.6 % respectively contrasted with the control, and half time of lifespan, supreme life-span and average of lifespan of fruit fly were prolonged too. So the anti-ageing efficiency of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum can be confirmed. Vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum was given orally to mice 30 days in order to measure the phagocytic index and phagocytic rate of the macrophage of mice. Three dosages of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum as 5 g/kg·d,10 g/kg·d and 20 g/kg·d were given to the mice of different treatment groups respectively, water was given to the mice of control group. The result shows: the dosages of 5 g/kg·d,10 g/kg·d and 20 g/kg·d can evidently enhance phagocytic rate of the macrophage of mice 2.22 %,4.22 % and 16.67 % respectively, and improve phagocytic index of the macrophage of mice 3.56 %,4.56 % and 30.78 % respectively. So the obvious enhancement of immunity of vinegar beverage from Ganoderma Lucidum can be confirmed.
