THE STUDY ON PURIFICATION OF LACTOSUCROSE

Lactosucrose reaction liquid is decolored with the active carbon powder. The effect of the quantity of active carbon, temperature and time was studied.The results indicate that when the quantity of active carbon powder is 3 %, temperature is 60 ℃, time is 45 min, the decolored Lactosucrose is clear and the loss of Lactosucrose is only 3.33 %.
