PRESENT SITUATION AND PROSPECT ON LIQUID FERMENTATION OF MORCHELLA ESCULENTA

As one of the modern biotechnologies, the liquid fermentation technology has been intensively studied and widely applied in the production of edible fungi. The technology was introduced and the research status of liquid fermentation about Morchella esculenta was summarized. In addition, its promising application prospect was described in this paper.
