THE PROGRESS OF EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGY OF SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE

Superoxide dismutase has an important role in disproportionation reactions. It has been widely used in food, daily chemical products and other fields. With the increasing demands of superoxide dismutase, the extraction and purification technology of SOD need to be improved. This paper which summarizes the progress of extraction and purification technology of superoxide dismutase at home and abroad, sums up the existed problems of extraction and purification of superoxide dismutase and prospects the production future of superoxide dismutase.
