Study on the Extraction and Purification of Cholinesterase from Chicken-serum

Chicken serum was selected as experimental material.The possibility of the ammonium sulfate saturation on the effect of purification were explored.The best extraction and purification of chicken blood.The results show that: the cholinesterase enzyme activity after ammonium sulfate has increased 1.54 times,dialysis has increased 8.21 times,after adsorption chromatography has increased 9.03 times,after Sephadex G-100 column chromatography has increased 13.00 times,after freeze and cry has increased 13.58 times.Specific activity has increased to 7.304 ODvalue/mg from the crude enzyme liquid of 0.538 ODvalue/mg.
