The Research on Extraction of Lecithin from the Bovine Bone Marrow with Response Surface Methodology

Probe the technology conditions of extracting lecithin from the bovine bone marrow with ultrasonic.On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of lecithin were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum conditions of lecithin extraction were as follows : the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶5(g/mL),extraction time of 30 min and ethanol content of 90 %.Extraction rate lecithin was 1.03 % in this condition.
