The Comparison of the Different Methods to Test Nicotinic Acid and Pantothenic Acid

To make concluding study by comparing the two methods of test data.Tested a sample by the microbiological method and HPLC,analyzed relative standard deviation RSD and CV value to determine the similarity between them.Nicotinic acid and pantothenic acid tested by the different ways were consistent results.
