Preparation of Raspberry Instant Powder

Utilization of raspberry as main raw material,by heating the pulp and juice concentrate,spray drying, preparation of nutrient loss,water soon, strong solubility, color, aroma, taste raspberry powder. Study on the optimum enzymatic hydrolysis method of reducing slurry viscosity,and determined the optimal parameters of spray drying process.
